The vernacular architecture accomodates two residences in a compact arrangement. Echoing the aesthetics of a house and barn allows for two distinct homes within a singlular aesthetic. The compact site design and location of the structure on the property is designed to preserve the maximum amount of open space, while reducing development costs.
