This 47 unit residential development was the 2004 recipient of the Vermont Homebuilders' Better Homes Awards Gold Medal for best condominium design.
Each of the homes were designed to provide affordable, energy efficient housing for professionals. Additional considerations were given to preserving open space for the residents and managing the storm water runoff in an environmentally friendly manner. Edward Pais was a project architect on this project for Homestead Design.
