Riverview Manor
Waterville, ME
The program called for the addition on elevator for this existing senior housing building. Prior to this project, the residents were required to use the stairs to access every unit in the building, as well as the trash and laundry facilities. This barrier made it difficult for many residents to continue to live in this facility. The design created a new entrance for the building from the parking area. This project was completed while working as the project architect for Northern Architectural Design Group.
