The project is a 142 unit residential and mixed-used complex in five buildings with underground parking. Two of the buildings include historical renovation to existing brick warehouse buildings. The other three buildings are new modular steel structures. The buildings enclose and create two courtyards for the residents enjoyment. The five buildings and two courtyards sit upon a concrete podium housing the underground parking garage.

Edward Pais worked as an architect on this project for Jon Worden Architects. His responsibilities on this project included managing the building permitting process, coordination of drafting work, construction adminstration, and design modifications.
